Safety policy

  1. The customer provides his personal data to the seller and agrees with their processing, gathering and registration in the purpose of making the contract of purchase with the seller and correct duration of the law relationship between the customer and the seller on the established contract. The customer voluntarily provides his personal data and agrees they can be given to a third party in the following conditions.
  2. The seller does not provide the obtained personal data to a third party, except for the goods carriers only for delivering goods bought by the customer and by his business partners and only for goods wanted by the customer. Only the needed personal data is provided to the carriers so that they can deliver the goods.
  3. The seller is the adequate registered administrator of the personal data. The personal data is secured against abuse. The treatment of the personal data is directed by the corresponding regulation of the law number 101/2000 Sb. about the security of personal data and about the change of any law in the valid version.
